Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were huge and really nicely decorated, but the only problem was the small size which was clean. The service was always extremely courteous and professional, even though the hotel needs something to block noise. The location was perfect, right in downtown, walkable to major touristic attractions and the convention center. The dining experience would've been an added bonus with Singapore noodles, yet it was not delivered to the room as requested.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the ginormous fan over the beds that kept us cool all night. However, the AC was not working correctly, as it blew out heat even on the coldest setting. The 32” TVs on the wall were a nice touch. The service was a bit hit or miss; some staff members were delightful and shared lots of interesting facts about the hotel, but I was unexpectedly moved to a subpar room without much explanation. The location was perfect, right in downtown Providence and within walking distance of major attractions and the convention center. I also appreciated the nearby convenience stores for essentials. The dining options were a bit pricy but good, though the food arrived late and cold sometimes. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but it was a comfortable and clean place to stay.
The hotel was huge, with plenty of room for all, but being close to the elevators made it quite loud at times. The service was very accommodating, with friendly and warm valet attendants who were attentive to health and safety protocols. The location, although close to the Amtrak station and near RISD and Brown, felt a bit old and dated. The dining experience was also cold, with European dishes available but needing to be ordered in advance despite no door card provided. Overall, the stay was comfortable with some drawbacks.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with nice pillows and a lovely view from the 10th floor. However, the lack of bureaus with drawers made it challenging to unpack during our 3-day stay for two people. The service was warm and welcoming but lacked help with luggage. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk around Providence, but the dining experience needed improvement. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Providence, within walking distance of the mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, making it an ideal spot. The rooms had a funky smell, likely from the furniture or carpeting, but they are spacious and could offer better value for the price. The service was attentive to health and safety protocols, though they were a bit intrusive with early room cleanings. The dining options were satisfactory but could use improvement for breakfast selections.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were ok, but being adjacent to the lifts made it noisier than I would have preferred. The service was very helpful and accommodating, especially thanks to Bailey and Eric. The location was perfect for walking to many places, and the hotel felt safe and welcoming. The dining experience was good, but it was disappointing that breakfast was not included. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were exactly like the photos, but unfortunately, they were too small, noisy, and located too close to the elevators. The service, however, was exceptional with super friendly and helpful staff, especially Leya at the front desk. The location was extraordinary, right in downtown Providence, near major touristic attractions and the convention center. On the downside, the dining options were not as expected, lacking variety in the lobby café.
